Symposium: The Fundamentals of an Effective Anti-Corruption Agency
On May 6, 2011, the Hills Program held a symposium on The Fundamentals of an Effective Anti-Corruption Agency. The guest speakers were Mr. Tony Kwok Man-Wai, former Deputy Commissioner and Head of Operations of the Independent Commission on Anti-Corruption, Hong Kong; Mr. Emil Bolongaita, Public Management Specialist at the Public Management, Financial Sector, and Trade Division, South Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank; and Atty. Juan Andres Bautista, Chairman of the Presidential Commission on Good Government. The presentations were followed by a panel discussion, moderated by Marites Danguilan Vitug, Chair of Newsbreak.
