As an accredited Institutional Training Provider of Corporate Governance Trainings by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Asian Institute of Management, through the AIM Ramon V. del Rosario, Sr. Center for Corporate Responsibility (formerly known as the AIM RVR-CV Starr Center for Corporate Governance) conducted a four-hour Basic Corporate Governance Training on 21 October 2016 for Board of Directors and key officers of CITISTORES Inc. The training was held at the main office of CITISTORES Inc. in Pasig City from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. On 12 July 2016, the AIM through the AIM Ramon V. del Rosario, Sr. Center for Corporate Responsibility (formerly known as the AIM RVR-CV Starr Center for Corporate Governance) conducted a four-hour Basic Corporate Governance Training for 15 Board and key officers of the GRJ Jaro Pawnshop Corp. SMEs and SME associations from Laguna shared their experiences of corruption challenges as well as their various initiatives to promote compliance and business integrity in the recen.Anti-corruption Training for SME Associations.

This lecture aimed to expand the knowledge base of young and aspiring entrepreneurs on the international best practices of anti-corruption and compliance. The Anti-corruption training for SME associations, "Unity in Integrity," was successfully conducted at the Far East Bancom Room, Asian Institute of Management, on March 31, 2016. A slogan-making contest on business integrity was incorporated in the Integrity Lecture that was held in the Theodore Buttenbruch Hall of University of San Carlos (USC) on March 9, 2016.

A slogan-making contest on business integrity was incorporated in the Integrity Lecture that was held in the Theodore Buttenbruch Hall of University of San Carlos (USC) on March 9, 2016. The Integrity Lecture for students aims to expand the knowledge base of young and aspiring entreprenuers on the international best practices of anti-corruption and compliance. The Anti-corruption training for SME associations, "Unity in Integrity" was successfully conducted in Apo View Hotel in Davao City on February 16, 2016.

Corporate Governance Training for EastWest Banking Corporation Davao Roundtable Discussion with SMEs Cebu Roundtable Discussion with SMEs
The AIM conducted a series of two four-hour Corporate Governance training for 36 key officers of the EastWest banking Corporation on November 5 and 6, 2015 at the GDLC case room in AIM. "Yung first meeting, there were so many problems, concerns on corruption, 'pag (ihalintulad sa) color siguro, parang black ang color. Ngayon, maraming colors na, may nakikita na tayong kahayag or light, there's hope" (During our first meeting, there were so many problems and concerns on corruption). On October 13, the Hills Program on Governance conducted its second anti-corruption roundtable discussion (RTD), entitled "Cultivating a culture of Integrity: A Roundtable Discussion with SMEs at the Carolinian Inn of the University of San Carlos-Cebu."

Manila Roundtable Discussion with SMEs AIM Research Folio on Devolution and Governance Launch Anti-Corruption Training for SMEs
On October 6, the Hills Program on Governance ran its first anti-corruption roundtable discussion (RTD) for this year at the Soriano Hall of the Asian Institute of Management. The discussion aims to identify and assess the progress, if any of previous SME training participants and Integrity Pledge signatories in preventing bribery and implementing anti-corruption measures in their respective businesses/organizations using a compliance questionnaire. On June 17, 2015, the AIM Hills Program on Governance, in cooperation with the AIM Office of Research and Publications launched the Research Folio on Devolution and Governance at the Lopez Gallery in AIM. In it's continuous effort to advocate integrity and accountability in business, the Hills Program of the AIM RVR CV Starr Center, in partnership with Integrity Initiative, recently conducted an Anti-Corruption Training for SMEs in Cebu on March 24, 2015.

Integrity Pledge Signing Ceremony in SBMA US-Philippine Society Visit  
As a member of the Integrity Consortium, the AIM Hills Program of the RVR CV Starr Center served as a witness to the Integrity Pledge Signing Ceremony held by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) on January 30, 2015 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center. On January 25, 2013, board members and officers of the US-Philippine Society visited AIM to hear a presentation on the governance programs at the Institute.

On December 1, 2014, the AIM Hills Program on Governance in partnership with the Asia Society Philippines held a conference entitled "Transparency 3.0 FOI: Asian Perspective, Philippine Impact" at the Asian Institute of Management. On 14 November 2013, the Hills Program, in partnership with The Asia Foundation and the Office of the Ombudsman, held a luncheon roundtable with Mr. Bertrand de Speville, former commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong to discuss “The Essentials of Fighting Corruption”. On May 30, 2013, the Hills Program, in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Office of the Ombudsman,  held a forum on “Corruption and Development – How Anti-Corruption Can Be Integrated into Development Measures to Ensure Sustainable Development and Inclusive Growth” at the Asian Institute of Management.

National Conference on "SMEs as a Major Force in Promoting Integrity and Accountability in Business" Good Governance in Health Phase II Haydee Yorac Fourth Lecture Series
The Hills Program presented a conference on “SMEs as a Major Force in Promoting Integrity and Accountability in Business” on July 26, 2012 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Makati. The conference, the first of its kind in the Philippines, was part of Hills Program “Promoting Integrity and Accountability in Business” project. The AIM Zuellig Center for Asian Business Transformation and Hills Program have partnered for the Good Governance in Health Program, which aims to promote anti-corruption and good governance in the Philippine health sector. On February 27, 2012, the Hills Program co-sponsored the Haydee Yorac Fourth Lecture Series with the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through its Integrity Project.

On February 23, 2012, the Hills Program organized a business roundtable discussion facilitated by Robert Klitgaard, professor at Claremont School of Business and a leading expert on corruption. On May 10, 2011, the Zuellig Center for Asian Business Transformation and Hills Program co-sponsored a thought forum on Mapping Corruption and Ethical Dilemmas in Health Care. On July 14, 2010, the Hills Program launched its report entitled Corporate Governance Trends in the 100 Largest Publicly Listed Companies in the Philippines.
